THE DUNAS COURSE AT TERRAS DA COMPORTA
It was nothing less than a dream working together with world-class Architect David McLay-Kidd on our first 18-hole build from design to completion and recently voted as the best golf course in the world, the Dunas Course at Terras da Comporta.
Since officially opening, the course has been earning the highest praise as Europe’s best new course, making the 10 year build in the midst of a pandemic all the more worthwhile!
We are now excited to see how the course develops into one of the most environmentally friendly in Europe, of which, it is well on the way.

Since opening in October 2023, Comporta Dunas has more than established itself as a must play venue, winning World Golf Awards for – Worlds Best Golf Course 2024, Europe’s Best Golf Course 2024 and Europe’s Most Eco Friendly Golf Course 2024 🇵🇹🥇
