Our Turnkey service works across new builds, as well as the renovation and remodelling of full turnkey projects.
Our Turnkey Service at CJW Golf International starts with our team taking control of the site and preparing for the construction works. We will then coordinate and implement all mass Earth works and building features, including greens, tees, lakes and bunkers. The installation of the infrastructure includes the irrigation drainage and civil works. This completion stage also involves the preparation and the seeding of all areas and grow-in.
